Ryan Taylor, Carl Gaskins injured in practice

Sophomore offensive tackle Carl Gaskins suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee during Wednesday's practice and will miss the entire 2009 season. Senior tight end Ryan Taylor of Winston-Salem sprained the medial collateral ligament (MCL) in his right knee during Tuesday's practice. He is expected to be out of action for approximately one month. (Fayetteville Observer)
