Posted Aug 15, 2009
Always one of the best preseason scrimmages in North Carolina, the BB&T Jamboree featured some of the best college prospects in the state this year. West Brunswick’s Alfy Hill, Hoggard’s T.J. Leifheit and South Columbus’ Ethan Farmer are all ranked among the top 10 in the state by Rivals.com. Hill, a 6-foot-5, 245-pound defensive end, is the highest ranked of the three as the state’s fourth best prospect. He said Friday that he has narrowed down more than 35 college choices to two – Alabama and North Carolina.
