Butch Davis' son, Drew, starting QB at East Chapel Hill
Posted Aug 16, 2009
East Chapel Hill quarterback Drew Davis has a resource at his fingertips no other high school football player has. "He has an uncanny knowledge of football," says East Chapel Hill coach Darian Harris. "I guess that goes with being a coach's son." Davis is the son of UNC football coach Butch Davis, who was in the stands at the HighSchoolOT.com jamboree Saturday to watch his son play. "It's a huge asset to have my dad as a coach," said Drew Davis.
