T.J. Yates a late bloomer at quarterback

With only one full season of high school football under his belt, T.J. Yates had to put his work boots on when he got to North Carolina. Footwork, throwing mechanics, route progression were all aspects of the quarterback position Yates essentially had to learn from scratch at the college level. There was one part of Yates' game that UNC offensive coordinator John Shoop did not attempt to adjust.
