ACC Football Commitment Lists: Coastal Division, Aug. 26
Posted Aug 27, 2009
Linebacker Justin Dixon is no longer on UNC’s commitment list. Dixon was a member of the Tar Heels’ 2009 recruiting class, but did not qualify and had been expected to attend prep school this season. Instead, Dixon has enrolled at East Carolina. In Scout star update news, Duke linebacker Kelby Brown went from two stars to three, while defensive end Jamal Wallace and cornerback Quantrez Stevenson were both bumped up from no rating to two stars. In Chapel Hill, another offensive line prospect, Nick Appel, went from being unranked to two stars.
