How Fast Is Carolina?

Deunta Williams said the whole team is faster than a year ago. One reason is the influx of better athletes under Davis. The other is a conditioning program that focuses on improving speed through better technique as well as increased strength. Butch Davis made that a mandate when he arrived. There are many areas where this should show, Williams said.
