The balance of power could be completely changed by the time North Carolina and N.C. State meet Nov.28, but the Wolfpack is the better team entering the third seasons for Butch Davis at North Carolina and Tom O'Brien at N.C. State. In the four primary categories of football, the Wolfpack has a 3-1 advantage over the Tar Heels going into this week's opening games. Here's the breakdown:
