Dwight Jones Out 2-3 Weeks


North Carolina sophomore wide receiver had successful arthroscopic surgery on his right knee Friday at UNC Hospitals. The surgery was performed by Dr. Tim Taft. Jones is expected to be out of action for 2-3 weeks. Jones began experiencing knee pain earlier in the week and has not practiced since Tuesday. Jones had been listed as a starter for Saturday's season opener. (Inside Carolina)
