Heels still list Adams as starter at WR, Highsmith as backup
Posted Sep 14, 2009
True freshman Joshua Adams is still listed as the starter at receiver and another true freshman, Erik Highsmith, is listed as the backup as North Carolina heads into Saturday's home game with East Carolina. Carolina has struggled with inconsistent receiver play in its two wins over The Citadel and Connecticut. Adams drew praise in camp but has had trouble adjusting to the college game.
