UNC, LSU to meet in 2010 football opener

North Carolina and LSU will meet in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game to open the 2010 season. The game will be played at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta on Sept. 4 and televised on ESPN. "Being selected to participate in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game against LSU is a wonderful honor," UNC coach Butch Davis said. "This game is recognized throughout college football as the premier event of college football's opening weekend."
