It's not too late to live up to preseason expectations, but North Carolina's in-state quarterbacks are off to shocking starts. Shocking, as in shockingly bad. There's no other way to phrase it. You can even toss the Carolina Panthers' Jake Delhomme into a disappointing mix that includes Duke's Thaddeus Lewis, East Carolina's Patrick Pinkney, N.C. State's Russell Wilson, North Carolina's T.J. Yates and Wake Forest's Riley Skinner.
