North Carolina quarterback T.J. Yates, a Georgia native, said that when he joined the Tar Heels, he knew next to nothing about their rivalry with today’s opponent, East Carolina. Three years and one loss later, he understands. "They kind of stole one from us when we went down there," Yates said. "We know they’re going to come in here and just play extremely hard."
