If there was a bright spot in North Carolina's 24-7 loss at Georgia Tech on Saturday, it was the production from true freshman wide receiver Erik Highsmith. A week after a big game against East Carolina, Highsmith caught six passes for 107 yards and one touchdown against the Yellow Jackets. How big a factor was Highsmith? North Carolina had 154 total yards against Georgia Tech. He was responsible for two-thirds of that.
