Can Carolina seize the initiative?

Butch Davis knows exactly the formula necessary to win big. The question he must answer is "Can he recruit across the board?" He's picked up some blue chips on defense and selected skill positions, but Carolina needs enough depth at every position to overcome the injuries that are certain to strike a team. None one knows if he can do this for sure. (Chapel Hill News)
