Countdown to Kickoff: UNC vs. UVa
Posted Oct 2, 2009
UNC is anxious to prove that its poor performance down in Atlanta was nothing more than a fluke, while also looking to even its ACC record at 1-1 when Virginia comes to town for a noon kickoff on Saturday (Raycom). The Tar Heels enter the 114th edition of the South’s Oldest Rivalry as a 13.5-point favorite over the Cavaliers, a line that might seem laughable considered the lackluster showing in a 24-7 loss to Georgia Tech last Saturday.
