Florida State, riding a brilliant passing night by Christian Ponder, roared back from an 18-point deficit in the second half to beat North Carolina 30-27 Thursday night in a crushing loss for the Tar Heels. UNC, in its first Thursday game at home, had Florida State in trouble much of the game as the Seminoles stumbled with penalties and even had difficulty with the Tar Heels’ offense. But Ponder was brilliant, especially in the second half
