Roy Williams’ first question at Sunday’s ACC Operation Basketball media gathering pertained to what he’s learned about his program in the handful of days since his “Late Night with Roy’ event on Oct. 16. Having a healthy Marcus Ginyard on the wing and a more seasoned Ed Davis in the post may give you a little hint as to his initial response. “I think we do have a chance to be a very good defensive team,” Williams told a crowd of reporters.
