UNC Basketball Coaching Shakeup

North Carolina's basketball staff will be doing things a little bit differently this season, as longtime assistant coach Joe Holladay is taking over as Director of Basketball Operations for a year. The position of Director of Basketball Operations had been previously rotated each year by fellow staff members C.B. McGrath and Jerod Haase since Roy Williams returned to Chapel Hill prior to the 2003-2004 season.
