Tar Heel Profile: Deon Thompson Posted Nov 4, 2009 Deon Thompson returns to UNC's basketball roster this season as the only scholarship player with 'true senior' standing. While Marcus Ginyard has been classified as a senior he's a fifth-year player, while fourth-year player William Graves is classified as a junior after he redshirted back in 2006-2007. That makes Thompson the last member of his freshman Class of 2006 that finds himself preparing to make his final run with the Tar Heels this coming season. (Carolina Blue)
