Roy Williams may have to add another chapter to his book after Friday’s stunning announcement. Harrison Barnes’ decision to go to Chapel Hill further cements the sense that North Carolina has edged ahead of Duke as the ACC’s top basketball program. This is a blow to the gut of the Blue Devils, who yearn for the type of athletic wing they’d had in their glory years.
