North Carolina Postgame Notes vs. NC State

The 28-27 loss to NC State was the closest margin of victory in the series since NC State won, 35-34, in Chapel Hill in 1986. It's the first one-point game played in Raleigh since the Pack won, 21-20, in 1975. Carolina finished with a season-high 481 yards, the most since it had 486 yards against Duke on Nov. 20, 2004. Carolina compiled a season-high 395 yards in the first three quarters and went over the 400-yard mark for the first time in 2009. (Tar Heel Blue)
