In the past, UNC coach Roy Williams has referred to the league tournament as a big social event. Don't be fooled. Ol' Roy covets a repeat of last year's championship run. So do his players. "It's definitely important to us,'' guard Wayne Ellington guaranteed. The Tar Heels (29-2, 14-2 ACC) have the talent to clip nets, hoist trophies and hang more banners. (Raleigh News & Observer)
