Tyler Zeller's effort against Kentucky in front of a record Rupp Arena crowd of 24,468 – 10 points, 5 rebounds in just 14 minutes – had to be an encouraging sign for UNC coach Roy Williams. The Heels may have lost to the Wildcats by a bucket, 68-66, but they came away with a more confident sophomore big man. Zeller just needs to learn from the mistakes he made against the Wildcats and maintain his intensity when he’s on the floor. (Evansville Courier & Press)
