UNC wins with ease

Marcus Ginyard and Dexter Strickland didn't play for North Carolina last night because of injuries, but neither was needed in a blowout victory over Presbyterian College at the Smith Center. North Carolina won 103-64, playing its first game in seven days because of a break for first-semester final exams. The Tar Heels had no trouble against a seriously outmanned opponent, which started four freshmen and a sophomore.
