Exam breaks early during a college basketball season usually mean one thing - home court blowouts. Saturday night’s match up between No. 11-ranked North Carolina and Presbyterian was just that, as the Heels ran the visitors out of the Smith Center from the opening tap. In front of a surprisingly large Smith Center crowd, Ed Davis’ 20 points and 10 rebounds led the Tar Heels’ 103-64 rout of the Blue Hose.
