Tar Heels to take on Longhorns

North Carolina will head into a Southwest Showdown today rested after a week off but still facing an uncertain situation in an injured backcourt. UNC will play unbeaten Texas at 2 p.m. in Arlington, Texas, a Dallas suburb, in the first basketball game in the recently opened Cowboys Stadium. Roy Williams of UNC said that Marcus Ginyard, a senior swingman, is probable to play after the pain in his left foot has subsided.
