After the No. 10 North Carolina men's basketball team fell to No. 2 Texas in Dallas on Saturday, there was a reasoning for the loss that came up among different players in the postgame interviews. Lack of effort. It's a statement that's been heard multiple times this season, after both wins and losses, and senior Marcus Ginyard clearly is starting to get frustrated.
