No one was thrown out of the Smith Center last night, but Marshall was all but run out by North Carolina in its recovery from a stinging weekend loss. North Carolina won 98-61, using a second-half explosion to overcome a sluggish start. Tightening its defense and dominating play inside on both ends, North Carolina had a 38-9 run to take an 82-48 lead with six minutes left. (Winston-Salem Journal)
