No. 7 Tar Heel Women Return To Carmichael Tuesday


North Carolina (9-1) makes its long-awaited return to Carmichael Tuesday when the Tar Heels host Kennesaw State at 2 p.m. UNC, which defeated South Carolina, 93-85, before a nine-day holiday break, is back at Carmichael for the first time since closing the 2007-08 season with an 82-51 win over Duke. Kennesaw State (4-6) is coming off an 80-67 loss at Georgia Southern. Carolina is ranked No. 7 in both the AP poll and the coaches’ poll. (Tar Heel Blue)
