Game blog: North Carolina beats Albany 87-70

9:01 p.m. Game Over: A little improvement here from UNC tonight. It even ended the game on a considerable scoring drought. It's an easy win though with deep bench players getting in for the final two minutes. Ed Davis scored 18 points and Deon Thompson added 15. Carolina wins 87-70. Good night and Happy New Year!
