The Tar Heels’ roster includes six, count ‘em six, players 6-9 or bigger. That includes their top scorer (Deon Thompson) and leading rebounder/shot-blocker (Ed Davis). While Thompson and Davis start, Tyler Zeller, John Henson and twins David and Travis Wear come off the bench. Carolina’s size could overwhelm the Hokies, whose best post player is 6-7 Jeff Allen.
