Carolina will not be at full strength for the Atlantic Coast Conference opener on Sunday night against Virginia Tech (7:45 p.m. tip at the Smith Center and tickets are available). At his Friday afternoon press conference, Roy Williams ruled Marcus Ginyard out of the game and cast some doubt on the availability of Will Graves and Leslie McDonald. "Marcus is still being bothered by the ankle," Williams said.
