Early Saturday evening, Oliver Purnell was discussing Clemson’s home-court advantage following a 72-56 win over Boston College. He mentioned how the Tigers “have some really good opponents coming in.” “And the next one,” he said, “we’re due.” He didn’t mention the opponent. He didn’t have to. No. 9 North Carolina comes calling Wednesday night, and there’s every indication the Tar Heels are ripe for the picking.
