Marcus Ginyard was supposed to be an integral part of North Carolina's senior class last season, a defensive stalwart who would join fellow seniors Tyler Hansbrough and Danny Green on an elite Tar Heels squad gunning for a national title. But an injured foot ended that senior season, and he's back as a veteran presence on a young Tar Heels squad trying to make its way through a typically rough North Carolina schedule.
