Jamal Womble not done yet; Bryn Renner to play baseball
Posted Jan 14, 2010
Former UNC running back Jamal Womble, a highly touted player who reportedly was going to transfer because of academic issues, could eventually be back at UNC, offensive coordinator John Shoop said on Thursday. In other UNC news, highly touted backup quarterback Bryn Renner will play baseball this spring for the Tar Heels. Renner won't miss any football practices, though -- not even for baseball games.
