Gymnastics Spotlight: Meredith Magjuka

Freshman Meredith Magjuka made an instant impact in her first collegiate meet. The Greenwood, Ind. native led off for the Tar Heels at the GW Invitational and set the tone for an exciting meet. Magjuka placed third on two events, scoring a 9.650 on both the uneven bars and the balance beam. Magjuka and the Tar Heels travel to Williamsburg, Va. on Sunday for a dual meet against William & Mary at 2 p.m.
