DE Kareem Martin to announce Monday

Defensive end Kareem Martin of Roanoke Rapids (6-6, 240) is No. 5 and will announce on Monday for Duke, North Carolina or Virginia Tech. In-state schools may do a better job keeping the top players in North Carolina. Alabama landed top-ranked safety Keenan Allen of Northern Guilford and No. 3 defensive end Alfy Hill of West Brunswick, but of the eight members of the top 10 who are committed, three are committed to N.C.
