Tar Heels' Davis, Wolfpack's O’Brien battle for N.C. recruits

Butch Davis has struck back again. While he's 0-3 against N.C. State on the field, North Carolina coach Davis has rallied twice now in three years against the Wolfpack in the continuing fight for recruiting supremacy in North Carolina. Davis and N.C. State coach Tom O'Brien were hired at the same time - after the 2006 season - so it's easy to measure them against each other in every phase of their programs. (Charlotte Observer)
