The Tar Heels started off their Thursday last week by snagging four star running back Giovanni Bernard. Bernard is one of the top running backs in the country and helps fill an urgent need for UNC at that position. Friday was a huge day for Butch Davis as he landed Tim Jackson, Casey Turner, and Tre Boston. Jackson is a defensive end who likely will redshirt. Turner, a running back out of Florida, will add to depth at running back while Boston is a tall defensive back with good speed.
