Kareem Martin excited about signing with Heels

Roanoke Rapids defensive end Kareem Martin signed his letter of intent with North Carolina on Wednesday morning at 8:54 a.m. The 6-foot-6, 225-pound senior is excited about moving to Chapel Hill. "Carolina is a great school, and it's a place that I can excel academically and on the football field," Martin said. Martin spoke to the coaching staff at UNC after signing his letter of intent.
