Heels sign 21, eight from North Carolina

North Carolina welcomed 21 new additions to its football program Wednesday, including eight players from the Tar Heel State. Carolina head coach spoke to the media on Signing Day and said that while he would have liked to have signed two running backs in the recruiting class of 2010, as a whole the group represented what he hopes will be the norm in Chapel Hill, both in terms of the number of athletes signed and the positions at which they signed them.
