UNC recruiting class sneaks into top 25
Posted Feb 4, 2010
UNC has worked its way to No. 25 in Scouts Inc.'s latest recruiting rankings and the school has announced its 21-player class. This staff seemed to be at its best down the stretch, luring in four of their five four-star prospects, including two ranked in the ESPNU 150. UNC plucked two players who had committed to other schools. Wide receiver Sean Tapley was heading to South Carolina and running back Giovanni Bernard to Notre Dame. Those players, along with defensive tackle Brandon Willis and offensive guard James Hurst gave this class a boost.
