Wolfpack, Heels get top grades on signing day
Posted Feb 4, 2010
Propelled by some signing day maneuvering, North Carolina managed to surpass N.C. State in the national class rankings. Those additions, combined with a class already stocked with linemen, led SuperPrep editor and Scout.com national editor Allen Wallace to rate UNC's class tantalizingly close to the Top 25.
