Tar Heels experience signing-day drama

On a day in which a handful of its top signees were already taking classes at the university, North Carolina had its share of drama on signing day. North Carolina received paperwork from 21 recruits Wednesday. Among them was Sean Tapley, a 6-foot-1, 185-pound athlete from Jacksonville, Fla., who had verbally committed to South Carolina.
