Quentin Thomas came through for UNC this season

As a freshman, Quentin Thomas saw the senior class of Jawad Williams, Melvin Scott and Jackie Manuel, who all endured an 8-20 fresh-man campaign, end their college careers with a national title. With the Tar Heels among a crowded field of contenders for this season’s crown, the thought of a similar ending has crossed his mind. (Gaston Gazette)
