Something unusual happened at Roy Williams's Friday afternoon press conference: the Tar Heels received good injury news. After returning to limited practice action last week, Tyler Zeller has been cleared to play in Saturday's noon game at Boston College. "I'm hoping we can get some productive minutes out of him and that he can build on that in every game," Williams said. "It's been quite a while, but we're going to give him a chance."
