Roy Williams: Ed Davis doesn't have agent

Coach Roy Williams of North Carolina said yesterday that Ed Davis has not made an agreement with a sports agent for a pro-basketball career and hasn't violated any NCAA rules pertaining to eligibility. Information about Davis, a 6-10 sophomore, was briefly posted on Thursday on the web site of PTA Sports Management, a Chicago sports representation agency. (Winston-Salem Journal)
