Roy Williams says Ed Davis did not violate any rules
Posted Feb 20, 2010
Roy Williams believes Ed Davis did not violate NCAA rules in his involvement with a sports agency. PTA Sports Management had posted Davis’ biography on its website indicating Davis was a client. If true, Davis’ eligibility as a college basketball player would be over. A college player is not allowed to have a signed or verbal agreement with a sports agent. Davis’ information was removed from the website Thursday morning.
