UNC Insider: Injury Clouds Ed Davis Decision
Posted Feb 24, 2010
One of the biggest factors surrounding UNC’s future is whether sophomore forward Ed Davis decides to go pro early. One of the biggest factors in that decision is Davis’ health. Davis, a 6-10 starter from Richmond, Va., had been projected as an early first-round draft pick before he broke the lunate bone in his left wrist against Duke on Feb. 10. He has been wearing an immobilizing brace, and the injury is expected to take at least six weeks to heal.
