UNC runs into man on a mission -- and wins

Marcus Ginyard approached Tyrese Rice during a quiet moment in the first half Saturday and tried to talk some sense into his old friend. Rice was in the middle of an astounding performance -- Boston College's guard would finish with 46 points, the most UNC has ever given up to an opposing player in an ACC game -- and Ginyard, who played youth basketball with Rice, wanted to see if there were anything he could do to slow Rice down.
